Feedback Survey:
We
undertake surveys of employees to elicit feedback on chosen
dimensions and report the findings after detailed statistical
analysis by various clusters of employees and variables. Till
now we have conducted EFS for a major IT company and a major
new generation Bank. The survey normally involves a customised
instrument, its administration throughout the chosen population
and personal interviews of a representative sample to validate
the findings. A variant of the EFS survey can be the
employee satisfaction survey.

our EFS will measure the feedback along 8-12 different dimensions
- ManagementStyles, Work Environment/ Work Ethics, Organisational
Processes, HRD Policies, CompensationPolicies, Company Image,
Quality Orientation, Cost Control, Customer Service and Technology
Absorption.
